Who We Are

SB Sports Training is Long Island’s premier basketball training program. We understand how competitive the game of basketball has become and we want all our clients to know that we embrace the challenge of staying on top! Boys and girls from third grade all the way to overseas and professional players get a chance to stay on top with us.

SB Sports wants to show each player that their dreams really can come true with hard work, dedication and sacrifice. We can cater to your individual training needs and prepare you for the next level of your game. Come join the movement!

Our Process

We evaluate our athletes’ basic fundamentals and assess their strengths and weaknesses. From there we get a feel for exactly what skills the athlete wants to improve on and then generate our program to best suit each individual person.

Our advance athletes receive strength, speed and agility training in addition to skills training in order to develop as an all around athlete in pursuit of the next level. Medicine balls, weighted basketballs, resistance bands, agility ladders, hurdles, parachutes and many other tools are used as part of the process.
